We are looking for an Administration Support Specialist, who can support us in all HR & Administrative tasks.
Completing pre-onboarding tasks for new employees as expected and on time
Taking necessary actions in employment processes
Following up birth, marriage etc. benefits & payments
Following up tasks related to meal card and other benefits
Organising and preparing the necessary paperwork related to HR and administrative affairs
Preparing monthly and quarterly reports on HR and administrative activities
Supporting Employer Branding activities
Supporting Internal Announcement & Internal Communication activities
Supporting the Employee Journey
Enjoying being a generalist and the opportunity of being involved in diverse HR & Administrative tasks and projects
Are you a MATCH?
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in engineering)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work in a multicultural team
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good prioritization of tasks and a high attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills
- Being creative
