About the ideal candidate we’re looking for

• Being a 3rd or 4th year student in the relevant undergraduate departments,

• Good command of English; both written and spoken,

• Preferably with internship experience in HR Department,

• Able to use Microsoft Office programs effectively,

• Able to continue internship 4 days a week,

What we expect you to bring on board

• Supporting various HR processes such as Onboarding, Offboarding and Training & Development,

• Preparation and publication of job advertisements via career portals,

• Organizing meetings and interviews,

• Creation of personnel files,

• Preparing presentations, organizational charts, organizational announcements

• Assisting in the preparation of human resources reports such as new hire and turnover reports,

• Providing consultancy and supporting all departments in the processes of human resources,

• We are looking for a teammate with an innovative approach and strong communication skills who can keep up to date with the latest culture and recruitment trends and come up with new ideas.
