/ Measuring and developing the efficiency of existing processes on Customer Service field operations
/ Monitoring &reporting of related KPIs
/ Analyzing and gathering system and process development requirements from field and related departments
/ Tracking ongoing field operations, coordinating demand pools
Your Profile
/ Undergraduate students (preferably 2nd or 3rd grade) studying, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Informatics or related fields
/ Reliable and independent working style as a team player, as well as open-minded thinking and pro-activeness comes naturally to you
/ Ability to work at least 3 days in a week
/ Good verbal and written English communication skills
/ Excellent MS-Office skills, esp. Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
