QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

/ Booking incoming invoices from dealers and customers, executing other related bookings and operations related with online sales
/ Follow up payment returns and executing of installment bookings for customers
/ Daily tracking and organizing the shared mail folder with sales
/ Archiving financial documents arrived via cargo
/ Working closely with sales department in operational processes and support accounting team
Your Profile
/ Undergraduate 2nd, 3th and 4th grade students on Finance, Business Administration, or related departments
/ Available to work at least 3 days/week and full-time in summer
/ Strong analytical skills, team-player, self-managed, assertive, able to work with deadlines
/ Aims to have a career in accounting / tax / reporting department
/ Good command of written and spoken English knowledge is an asset
