QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Your Responsibilities
/ Defining unclear process steps and responsibilities with relevant stakeholders by creating RACI matrix and process flows on Visio/Aris tools
/ Supporting to implement process improvement methods like Celonis, Lean Admin and RPA
/ Coordinating relevant stakeholders by defining KPIs for process studies and developing KPI dashboards on Tableau, Power BI, Qliksense tools and etc.
/ Ensuring standard documentation management and follow-up (policies, regulations, instructions and processes) on Orgdoku tool and being main responsible for communication with organization
/ Supporting responsible team members in organizational development projects
Your Profile
/ Undergraduate 3rd grade students or master students at 1st year, preferably in Industrial Engineering, MIS, Informatics, Business Administration or similar fields
/ Able to work at least 3 days a week
/ Analytical minded, target oriented, resistant to stress and believes in team working
/ Fluent English knowledge is must, German knowledge is an asset
/ Sharepoint, Technical Excel, SQL and Access knowledge is an asset
