Canon – Demand Planning Coordinator

Canon

  • Responsible for B2B demand planning and forecasting function for all product categories and spare parts
  • Reporting to Marketing Department managing the demand plan for B2B products and spare parts
  • Developing short & long-term demand forecasts, planning inventory flow and analyzing statistical data to assist product & service business management in development of business and sales plans
  • Supporting management with risk assessments and mitigation activities, analyzing potential sources of forecast errors, and developing action plans to improve performance
  • Preparing required reports (demand vs supply status report, stock aging report. etc.) for Marketing and Service Teams
  • Maintain inventory levels based on future customer demands
  • Utilizing a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Business Operations Team to obtain and ensure that accurate information is used for demand planning
  • Creating replenishment orders for safety stock, especially Consumables & Spare parts
  • Preparing and maintaining relevant KPI reports including inventory levels, forecast cycle times and customer delivery times

What we ask

  • University Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering etc.
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar international company and planning, forecasting role
  • Fluency in Turkish and English written and spoken
  • Excellent command of MS Office Applications

Further Information

  • Hybrid working – İstanbul (2 days office, 3 days remote)
