We are looking for a Career Kitchen Young Talent for Human Resources as a part of Career Kitchen programme at Perfetti Van Melle – Istanbul with following qualifications:
- 3rd or 4th year undergraduate or fresh graduates from relevant departments (preferably Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations )
- Organization and analytical thinking ability
- Flexible, creative, team worker and passionate
- Able to work min. 3 days in a week
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Good command of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Good communication and organization skills
- Willingness and potential for learning & development
The ideal candidate will support all HR Team activities such as;
- Search & selection,
- Training & development,
- Compensation & benefits,
- Personnel data & record keeping,
- Reportings and internal communications
