Döhler Turkey is looking for “R&D Developer – For Drying Technology ” to be employed in our Balıkesir Plant with the following qualifications;

Your Role

• Carrying out new product and process development,
• Carrying out process development and quality improvement studies on existing products,
• Managing laboratory and pilot scale implementations,
• Working as a solution partner with internal departments such as sales, business units, purchasing, production, quality control etc.,
• Following up the innovations and improvements in new technologies.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering and preferred to have a Master’s Degree,
• Have a work or master’s degree experience especially in drying technology is preferred,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP are preferred,
• Good team player, strong communication skills,
• Analytical thinking with innovative point of view,
• Willing to take initiative and responsibility,
• The ability to work under pressure and stress,
• Ability to travel.
