QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
About the Role:
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Trainee who will be directly working with Category Operation manager in our Istanbul Office The person will have a role of assisting in the execution of Fridge project and provide operational support on various assessment analysis for the developing of Fridge project. Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for total management of Fridge Project with support of Category Operations Manager
• Coordinate end-to-end fridge operations (warehousing, logistics, delivery to stores, maintenance, etc)
• Interact efficiently with all other departments to run the fridge process smoothly (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc)
• Monitor the tracking reports and report to relevant functions on reguler basis
• Responsible for fridge performance analysis, coordinate the necessary actions for store allocations, analyse fridge performance with B2B data where avaliable
• Plan effective usage of fridges by aligning with all related functions
• Manage relations with third party companies
• Identify improvement areas in the process and work on these
Who we are looking for:
• 4th year university or master program student
• Able to work min 4 days/week
• Strong communication, organizational & planning and problem solving skills,
• Good analytical skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Strong ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
• Having special interest on FMCG especially confectionary
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Good command of MS Office tools
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
