GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Key Responsibilities

•         Daily checks of the sales operation activities,

•         Support and be active player in franchise sales period,

•         Analyze and prepare ST summary reports by weekly&monthly reports provided by of FRC and key partners,

•         Holding routine communication with partners for their reorder needs and support them for order entries,

•         Working directly with CS team which is located in Lugano and support solving issues related to transportation,

•         Answer proactively to partners’ and e-com consumers’ questions&claims,

•         Support marketing department for the communication between third party and e-com platform,

•         Support coordination between sales and finance&logistic teams.

•         Work closely with sales managers and assist them for assigned ad hoc projects.

Required Qualifications

·        Universities’ 3rd or 4th grade students,

·        Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Advanced reporting skills

·        Strong coordination & follow-up skills

·        Good knowledge of MS office programs

·        Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively

·        Fluent in English
