Roles&Responsibilities
- Assist on day to day operational HR activities
- Supporting the recruitment team in all operational processes
- Supporting onboarding processes
- Taking part in various Human Resources organizations
- Supporting Learning & Development activities
Qualifications
- Preferably 4th year university student or new graduate from relevant department
- Aiming at a career in Human Resources
- Able to do long-term internship at least 4 full days a week
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ambitious, self-motivated, high energy and likes to have fun
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Aiming at self-improvement and eager to learn
- Prone to teamwork, analytical thinking, pro-activity and result oriented
- Demonstrated business professionalism, respect for confidentiality, and appropriate handling of sensitive information
