- 4th year undergraduate, fresh graduated or master student in relevant disciplines,
- Able to work for minimum 3 days a week as long term intern
- Previous HR intern experience is preferred
- Profiency in MS Office Applications,
- Fluent in English,
- Having good communication and analytical thinking skills,
- Being a team member with high energy level,
- Willing to work in a dynamic environment with high result-orientation,
- Self-motivated with good communication skills,
- Willing to have a career in Human Resources
Job Description
- Supporting HR office duties,
- Supporting recruitment processes; such as CV searching, organizing interviews, reference checking,
- Working on internal communication processes,
- Working on the HR reports and updating internal HR lists,
- Using several portals and database,
- Follow up daily HR activities
