ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

British American Tobacco currently has an exciting new opportunity for a Global Graduate Program candidate in Operations Department to be based in our Samsun factory!

What is Global Graduate Program & What do we offer?

It’s a 18-month, fast-track development program to a management job for high potential fresh graduates and young professionals! The aim of the program is to raise future leaders of BAT Operations!

Our Operations Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional commercial skills – fully understanding the dynamics of the market that you are operating in and how the Operations departments, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality work together to achieve outstanding business results.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from a reputable university (preferred departments: Industrial Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Electric and Electronic Engineering; Computer Engineering; Business Administration; Economics)
• No more than 2 years of work experience
• Fluent English, as well as local language for the location you are interesting to work

• Passion for future mobility solutions.
• Open-minded personality and willingness adapt to new environment.
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.
• The ability to be self-aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
