EGGER – Human Resources Specialist (Temporary)

We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as Human Resources Specialist for 6 months in our EGGER Gebze Plant.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• BSc/MSc degree in related fields,
• 1-2 years of experience in HR related functions,
• Excellent written and conversational skills in English,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Good team player with strong problem solving skills,
• Excellent organizational, communicational and interpersonal skills,
• Self-motivated and have business mind-set.

We have shuttle service (İdealtepe-Cevizli-Atalar-Kartal-Sahilyolu-Pendik-E5-EGGER), (Acıbadem-E5-EGGER), (Kartepe-İzmit-Derince-Körfez-E5-EGGER)

 JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Improving the internal communication strategy,
• Effective roll out EGGER corporate communicaation,
• First contact for EGGER Campus Project,
• Improving EGGER training system and build up effective infrastructure of e-learnings,
• Carrying out all the processes of internal and external training organizations; getting training requests from departments and creating training plans,
• Managing communication tools egger.net, digital boards, EGGER TV etc.
• Responsible for egger aktuel and some team activities, social clubs etc.
• Shared partnership role in career fairs with employer branding.
