JIB GAMES – JIB ACADEMY (Young Talent Program)

We are a venture-backed game studio based in Istanbul, looking for extraordinary millennials, who have a desire to shape the future.

We believe that a good education brings self-awareness, which drives happiness. Our mission is to dream, design, create and develop better and fun ways to get educated.

Currently working on Polity, which is a gaming platform, where players can choose to excel in various professions as a citizen in an open virtual world. These professions derive from popular casual games. We target worldwide (esp. Tier 1) 16+ years old lifelong gamers.

As the JIB Games family, we internalize being lifelong students to embrace “continuous learning” so our working environment is a happy place where we can improve ourselves constantly. Requirements

• Preferably have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, Digital Game Design, or other related fields
• Previously worked in or willing to work in the gaming industry
• Having an experience with one or more of C#, Java, Javascript
• Good understanding of design patterns, dependency injection and IoC Containers
• Designing games in Unity is a plus
• Passion for games and knowledge of gaming trends
• Good at analytical thinking and problem solving
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Team-oriented, positive work ethic and attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
